Website privacy. How your information is handled.

This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website.

Requests and attachments

The request form collects your name, email address, phone number, message, and any files you attach. Requests and files are delivered by email to Doroshenko Accounting & Advisory and stored privately by the website’s form service, operated by Kunida Designs, which also receives a copy of each request to confirm delivery. They are used to respond to you and to prepare for the work you ask about.

What to include in an initial inquiry

A short description and the date that matters are enough to begin. Attachments are optional. Ask Lily or Andrey how to share sensitive tax records; do not include passwords, full Social Security numbers, or banking access details in an initial message. The inquiry form is not a client portal.

Drafts and downloadable worksheets

The two inquiry forms share typed contact details and message text only within the current page. Attachments remain in the form where you selected them. The website does not save those drafts in local or session storage. Resource worksheets calculate and export locally; their entries are not submitted to the firm. Your browser may restore a page or remembered form values when you return. Clear worksheet entries with Reset and use appropriate browser privacy settings on a shared device.

Texts and email

Texts go directly to Lily at 253-217-3010 or Andrey at 253-653-5540, and email goes to lilydoroshenko@gmail.com.

Spam protection

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen automated submissions. Turnstile runs a brief check in your browser when you send a request.

Tracking

The site does not use advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. Campaign details in the page address, such as UTM parameters, are kept for your browser session and sent with a request so we know how you found us.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers the site and receives the technical request information needed to do so, which can include an IP address, browser information, and basic request metadata.

Questions about information you submitted

Contact Lily or Andrey using the details above to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Describe the inquiry and approximate submission date without sending additional sensitive records. A request may require verification and consideration of applicable recordkeeping obligations.
